For an initial session, the nurse practitioner and client will meet for about 1.5 hours online or in person. Our goal is first and foremost to build a trusting patient-practitioner relationship. We do this by discussing your pain points with the sole purpose of getting to know you as a person, not just your “symptoms”.
A comprehensive psychiatric assessment seeks to review what you are experiencing and begin to establish a route for treatment.

As part of Animo Psychiatry’s holistic beliefs on mental health and treatment, new clients must be referred to Animo Psychiatry by the prospective clients therapist.

Studies show that you may reduce stress and improve your mood with sound therapy.
Ánimo provides sound therapy in person or virtually with 432 Hz quartz sound bowls. For group and individual cost please contact us.
Duration is approximately 1 hour per session.

Lab testing will be discussed in session and may be recommended depending on your treatment goals.
Routine labs: may be covered by insurance, when not covered prices vary greatly.
Specialized Functional Lab Testing:
May range between $ 200 - $ 600, insurance may cover partially.
Lab Review Fee: $150
